Do your tea blends contain caffeine?

No, our herbal tea blends are caffeine free.

What is Infusing?

To infuse herbal tea means to submerge an herbal tea blend in hot (or cold) water for several minutes (usually around 15-20) in order to extract the flavors, aromas and healthful constituents of the herbs to make a cup of tea.

What is a Superinfusion?

A Superinfusion refers to an herbal tea blend that has been infused for several hours or overnight. Learn more about Superinfusions here.

What is a Decoction?

A Decoction is another way of describing the action of simmering herbs in a pot of water. Learn more about Decoctions here.

How do I store the Tea Blends?

Ideally, tea blends should be stored long-term in glass containers with a tight-fitting lid. Learn more about how to store tea blends here.

How do I store the Body Oils?

Herbal body oils are best stored in a cool, dark place. Learn more about how to store body oils here.

Are the Salves safe for open wounds?

Not all salves are safe to apply to open wounds, including the Acute Pain Relief and Chronic Pain Relief salves. The Skin Soothing Salve is the only salve we make that is perfectly safe to apply to a thoroughly clean, open wound.

Why do your Lip Balms seem expensive?

The size of your average lip balm that you buy at the store costs around $3.50 for 0.15 oz (4.25g). Our lip balms contain over 3x the amount of usable product compared to other brands at 0.50 oz (14.2g) for $7.00-8.00. A little goes a long way, and our lip balms will last for a long time. Additionally, our lip balms are all-natural and do not contain any added chemicals or synthetic ingredients.

What is your shipping policy?

Most orders containing in-stock items will be shipped within 1-3 business days. However, due to the ways in which some of our products are made, orders may take up to one month before being shipped. USPS is our shipping carrier. Learn more about our shipping policy here.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States.

What is your return policy?

As an extra precaution for the health and safety of others, we only accept returns for items that are unopened, unused and in good condition. We will only accept returns for items received within the first 30 days of purchase, and will issue full refunds for items that are in good condition. Learn more about our return policy here.
