  • Pour 8-12 ounces of boiling water over approximately 2-3 tsp of herbal tea blend based on personal preference for strength of tea. Infuse covered, for 15-20 minutes. Or, super-infuse a large 4-6 cup batch overnight with 4-6 tbsp of herbal tea blend and drink within 3 days of brewing.

  • Minty, Cooling, Fresh

  • Drink a cup whenever you feel you could use the extra support. If you are experiencing chronic stress and/or anxiety and tension, drink 3-4 cups a day for up to 6 weeks. Drink consistently for best results. Enjoy hot or cold.

  • Ginkgo Leaf: Ginkgo is known to strengthen and tone the nervous system, and is an anti-inflammatory, circulatory and brain tonic. It is a popular herb taken to increase blood flow and circulation to the brain. Ginkgo may help to encourage healthy brain functioning and memory through increased uptake of nutrients.
