  • Ginger Root: Ginger, the spicy, zesty rhizome most often seen in culinary creations, works in many ways to restore balance in the body and it's widely known for aiding in digestion. It is perhaps a lesser-known fact that ginger has been used to help with easing pains in the body such as arthritis, menstrual cramps, sprains, sore muscles, and headaches by inhibiting prostaglandin production.

Lemon Balm: Lemon balm is from the mint family and is often used as a supportive tonic herb to help treat and prevent a wide range of issues. Lemon balm is known to act as an antidepressant, helping to calm anxiety, nervousness, and restlessness. It has also been shown to have antispasmodic properties, helping to ease pains in the body, including menstrual pains.

Chamomile: Chamomile, the sunny, sweet-smelling flower, is known to have a calming effect on the body and may help to ease tension, irritability, and anxiety, effectively helping to boost mood during pms. Chamomile also has mild antispasmodic properties, making it a helpful addition to ease menstrual pains.
