  • Pour 8-12 ounces of boiling water over approximately 2-3 tsp of herbal tea blend based on personal preference for strength of tea. Infuse covered, for 15-20 minutes.

  • Honey, Floral, Sweet, Mint

  • Drink a cup or two as needed. Enjoy hot or cold.

  • Chamomile: Chamomile, the sunny, sweet-smelling flower, is known to have a calming effect on the body and may help to ease tension, irritability, anxiety and insomnia. It is a gentle herb that may prove effective at promote relaxation and restful sleep.

    Passionflower: Passionflower is known to calm the spirit, relax the nerves, and slightly lower blood pressure. It has gentle tranquilizing, sleep-inducing properties that may make it effective for those suffering from insomnia, as well as anxiety and nervousness. On the plus side, passionflower is non-addictive. Passionflower also has pain-relieving qualities that may make it useful for backaches, menstrual pains, and headaches, further encouraging a more restful sleep.

    Skullcap: Skullcap is among the most effective herbal sedatives and has historically been used to promote rest and ease tension, thereby helping to treat sleeplessness and insomnia. Scutellarin, a constituent in skullcap, helps stimulate the brain to produce more endorphins, and may effectively boost mood and promote a good night’s sleep.

    Spearmint: Spearmint is a mild-tasting mint herb that is uplifting without being overstimulating, making it a pleasant addition to a calming night-time tea.
