  • Place 2-3 tbsps of herbal blend in a pot with 4 cups of cold water and decoct, covered for 20 minutes. Turn off heat and let sit, covered for 10 minutes. Strain tea and store in the fridge for up to 3 days. Add honey and a splash of your favorite milk for an extra indulgent experience!
