Take a 1/4 tsp (25-30 drops) diluted in 8oz of water, tea or juice as a general preventative. If you are experiencing chronic prostatitis, take a 1/4 tsp in 8oz of your choice beverage three times daily for up to six weeks. Give your body a break for a few days and resume taking if needed.
Warning: Saw Palmetto Tinctures are concentrated and have a strong flavor that does not taste good, I recommend diluting in water or tea.

Saw Palmetto: Saw Palmetto is most known as a male tonic, however it is also known for anti-inflammatory, diuretic, and urinary antiseptic properties that are useful for both men and women. Saw Palmetto has long been used as a preventative for men’s benign prostatic hyperplasia due to its ability to increase the breakdown and elimination of dihydrotestosterone (DHT), which is thought to promote cellular growth in the prostate. Saw palmetto is also thought to reduce urinary retention and ease urinary flow. Saw Palmetto may strengthen reproductive organs and reduce inflammation, and prevent and treat symptoms caused by cystitis or bladder infections for both men and women.
